Worried about health

If you don’t feel as though your health is your priority then now is the time for you to change that. If you don’t take steps to help your health right now then you may find that things end up getting worse, to the point you cause lasting damage.

You’re Already Tired for Tomorrow

If you feel as though you could just crash in the middle of a meeting or if you are looking forward to your next nap even though you have just woken up then this is a major sign that you are not sleeping enough. Excessive fatigue is a symptom that is easy to miss, because you can chalk it up to being busy at work, or even just not being well. That being said, if you feel like this regularly then this is a major sign that something has to change. If you don’t then you may end up running yourself into the ground and this can have a huge impact on your mental health. If you struggle with tiredness and blurred vision, now could be the time to visit your local opticians.

You Keep Forgetting Where you Put Things

You may have thought you were cooking, but if you come back to the oven 15 minutes later to find that you never turned on the stove then this is a sign you need to make a change. Brain fog is very real and constant lack of focus is a major concern. It may be that you are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or that you are sleep-deprived. Either way, if this sounds like you then you need to make a change before things get worse. If you don’t your health could be at risk.

You Always Feel Like You’re Coming Down with a Cold

Do you always feel like you are under the weather? Maybe you feel as though you are catching everything that is going around, whether it is a cold, the flu or even stomach bugs. If you are ill all the time, this is a sign that your immune system is not working as it should be. Your immune system is built to try and handle emotional and external stressors, but if you are constantly doing this without relief then this is a major sign that you are overloaded. Eventually, your immune system will give in, and this can make it difficult to bounce back.

You have a Short Fuse

If you lash out at everyone, including your friends, family and loved ones then this needs to stop. This is especially the case if you find that you cry over random things. Emotional outbursts could well be because you have chronic and unresolved stress. If this is the case then this is a major indicator that you need to practice a higher level of self-care. If you don’t then you may end up sabotaging your relationships, and this could prove to be detrimental to your mental health. If you want to help yourself here, then seek help and find out what you can do to lessen the stress you are under. If you can do this then you will soon see that things improve.
